Practice
Every Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30 at FlyTrap Downs(map below) Summer Sevens is the best possible way to learn the game of Rugby and improve your overall skills. Practice during the Summer is done in a social teaching envionment and we love having new players out to learn the game. We will be traveling this summer to a number of regional weekend tournaments around the South so there will be plenty of rugby to play.
